What is the rewards program?
Our rewards program lets guests earn points every time they dine with us or place an order online. Points can be redeemed for rewards and special offers at the restaurant where they were earned.
Each restaurant in the Indian RI Group now has its own rewards program, designed to give you perks tailored to that specific dining experience.
I was part of the previous loyalty program. What happened to my points?
Good news — your points have not disappeared.
As part of the transition to our new system, your points were distributed across our four restaurant concepts so you can continue enjoying rewards with us.
This means you may now see a portion of your points available at:
Kabob & Curry
Chaska
Rasa
Rasoi
This change also gives you the opportunity to explore other restaurants within the group while still enjoying rewards.
Can I use points from one restaurant at another?
Each restaurant in the Indian RI Group manages its own rewards program, so points are typically redeemed at the location where they appear in your account.
However, if you have a special request, our team may be able to assist. Guests can submit a points transfer request form, and our team will review the request and help move points to another restaurant within the group when possible.
We appreciate your understanding as we continue improving our rewards experience across all four concepts.
Why are the loyalty programs separate now?
Each restaurant in the Indian RI Group offers a unique dining experience, menu, and promotions.
Creating separate rewards programs allows us to:
• Offer concept-specific perks and promotions
• Tailor rewards to each restaurant
• Continue improving our guest experience
While the programs are separate, we're proud to have you as part of the extended Indian RI Group family.
How do I earn and track points?
You earn points whenever you:
• Dine in
• Place an online order
• Participate in special promotions or offers
Points are automatically added to your profile when your phone number or account is used at checkout.
Why do I need to verify my phone number?
Your phone number helps our team quickly find your rewards account.
Verifying your phone number ensures:
• Your points are properly tracked
• Rewards can be redeemed easily
• Our staff can look up your account at checkout
If you haven't verified your phone number yet, simply sign in and confirm it once to activate your rewards.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Rewards can be redeemed at the restaurant where the points were earned.
When you're ready to redeem:
Give your phone number to your server or cashier
Our team will locate your account
Your available rewards will appear automatically
You can also view your rewards through your online profile.
How do I join the loyalty program?
Simply click "Join Now", fill out the quick registration form and you'll instantly become a Rasa Loyalty Rewards member. Use your account on the Toast app or website to track your points.
Can I use points from one restaurant at another?
At this time, each restaurant manages its own rewards program, so points are redeemed at the location where they appear in your account.
However, many of our guests enjoy earning rewards across multiple restaurants in the group.
Do my points expire?
Rewards and promotional offers may occasionally have expiration dates depending on the promotion.
We recommend using your rewards regularly so you can enjoy the benefits while discovering new dishes and experiences.
